The Panasonic Group is a global electronics manufacturer engaged in the production and sales of various electrical products. In 1978, Chinese leaders visited the Panasonic Group's Japanese television factory, and entrepreneur Konosuke Matsushita expressed his determination to contribute to China. Subsequently, panasonic group entered the initial stage of its business in China. The first joint venture plant was established in 1987. As of today, panasonic Group has more than 80 companies and about 100,000 employees (including Panasonic Electric Group) in Chinese mainland (including Hong Kong), and its business activities involve research and development, manufacturing, sales, service, logistics, publicity and other aspects.
